We love working with manufacturers because they tend to hold a lot of the same values we hold - like safety, transparency, and American ingenuity.

Most manufacturers we work with prefer to store their data on-premises because of the large file sizes and heavy workloads. They also tend to have a lot of kiosk machines and devices around their plants, as well as machinery connected to the Internet. These all need to be protected from cyber-attacks and data breaches, so we make sure every one of them is secured.

A lot of what we do at TotalCare to keep your plant secure and running smoothly happens remotely. We are also available for on-site visits when the need arises. We have employees and offices in Boise and Idaho Falls.
