With a flat monthly fee, you gain full access to secure IT support, including robust cybersecurity tools and solutions (such as our 24/7 security operations center), expert cloud engineers, a virtual Chief Information Officer, and more. We are genuinely committed to being your trusted partner.

The only thing not included in our monthly rate is projects that take more than a couple of hours to complete. These projects are charged separately. This makes your IT spending predictable and easy to account for.

We do not use an answering service or dispatcher. From the time of submitting your service ticket, you can expect an engineer working on your concern within 19 minutes or less. Do you prefer to submit tickets via Slack or texting? We can set that up for your firm to get the most convenient support for you.

If you submit a support request through our service desk that requires an on-site visit, I'll be there in a flash. When I'm not at a client's office, I'm usually at our local Tier 3 data center. Our Boise data center let's us keep your data in Idaho and deliver faster support than Azure or AWS.
